What is your return policy?
All sales are final, unless items are clearly defected. We are a small, family owned business with a high cost product, so accepting returns is not feasible at this time.
Do your products have a warranty?
Yes! See each listing for more information, but most products have a 1 year manufacture defects warranty for fix or replacement on parts.
What comes with the StoneX Splitter?
Our Splitter includes the frame, 2 double sided carbide steel teeth, Enerpac cylinder, spring. It comes with the Enerpac Electric Hydraulic Pump and foot pedal.
How much is shipping?
We have it calculated based on your location, on average, in the lower 48, it ranges from $100-$160. We are based in Northwest Montana, so the closer you are, the lower the cost. We ship the StoneX Splitter in two boxes due to the weight. The frame box weighs 49lbs, the pump box weighs 41 lbs without any additional parts. If you are adding stands, replacement parts, they typically are in the pump box and it doesn’t affect the cost too much more.

Is your StoneX Splitter made in China?
No! We build each by hand in the great state of Montana in our family shop! Every StoneX Splitter is made with quality USA sourced material and parts.
