What does my StoneX Splitter purchase include?

What types and size of material works?
This works on every material you use your usual masonry tools on- up to 2.5-3" thick

How often do parts need replaced?
We guarantee the best prices on all replacement parts. After years of refinement, we've optimized every component for maximum durability. While wear patterns are consistent, replacement timelines depend on usage frequency.
Component Lifespan & Warranty:
- Splitter Frame: No failures or replacements to date
- Enerpac Pump: Long lasting, if something is defective it typically happens early on and can be covered under the 1 year warranty
- Enerpac Cylinder: 1–3+ years with proper care (wipe the top clean and keep dust-free to extend life)
- Carbide Teeth: Years of use—double-sided and can be resharpened
- Metal Spring: 6–12 months; inexpensive to replace
Do you offer try before you buy?
Locally, in Kalispell, Montana and surrounding areas, we'll rent out the StoneX Splitter or let masons try for 5 days before purchasing.
Outside of the area, we can't offer this. We do have masons throughout the US using the StoneX Splitter, so maybe someone nearby would have one to try! Our goal is to get more with manufactures for masons to test or rent.
Is there a warranty on products?
Warranty Coverage by Component:
- Splitter Frame & Stands: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects that render the product unusable. Does not cover weather damage—store indoors, never leave outside overnight.
- Enerpac Pump: 1-year manufacturer warranty (covered directly by Enerpac). Warranty is voided if non-Enerpac hydraulic fluid is used.
- Enerpac Cylinder: Covered under manufacturer warranty (contact Enerpac for specific terms)
- Carbide Teeth: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear from use is not covered (teeth are double-sided, resharpenable, and designed to last for years with proper care).
- Metal Springs: Not covered under warranty (consumable wear item with typical 6–12 month lifespan)
Note: Warranty does not cover damage from improper storage, weather exposure, or normal wear and tear.

Where is the StoneX Splitter made?
It is currently made by hand, in the great state of Montana. We take pride in sourcing top materials and our materials also being made in the USA.
Do you offer wholesale?
We offer wholesale on 5 or more units. Our wholesale cut isn't what it used to be, due to rising costs of material.

What are payment options?
We accept Credit Cards, ACH payments, PayPal, Checks, payment plans and Apple Pay. For checks, your order will ship when the check clears.

How quickly do I get my StoneX Splitter?
When the StoneX Splitter is in stock, we ship (FREE) the same or next day with UPS, from Montana. Buyers have received their packages within 1-5 days.
Do you ship worldwide?
That is the goal! Currently we ship to the USA and Canada.
Do you really ship FREE?
Yes! We appreciate our customers, and a little way we show it is by not charging for shipping.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final, unless items are clearly defective. We are a small, family owned business with a high cost product, so accepting returns is not feasible at this time.
If you have an issue with your Enerpac Pump or Cylinder, there is a 1 Year Warranty.

We are always looking at ways to make the StoneX Splitter better. (It's current form is the toughest yet.) We got tired of sharpening the T-50 grade steel teeth so we had Carbide inlayed and the upgrade has been significant.
