1-Year Limited Warranty
StoneX Splitter products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Defects in workmanship
- Structural failures under normal use
- Component malfunctions due to manufacturing defects (see component-specific coverage below)
What's NOT Covered
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage from accidents, drops, or impacts
- Damage from improper storage or weather exposure
- Consumable parts including carbide teeth (normal wear) and metal spring
- Commercial rental use
- Damage caused by using non-ENERPAC brand hydraulic fluid (voids warranty)
Warranty Coverage by Component
Splitter Frame & Stands: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects that render the product unusable. Does not cover weather damage—store indoors, never leave outside overnight.
Enerpac Pump: 1-year manufacturer warranty (covered directly by Enerpac). Warranty is voided if non-Enerpac hydraulic fluid is used.
Enerpac Cylinder: Covered under manufacturer warranty (contact Enerpac for specific terms).
Carbide Teeth: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear from use is not covered (teeth are double-sided, resharpenable, and designed to last for years with proper care).
Metal Springs: Not covered under warranty (consumable wear item with typical 6–12 month lifespan).
Note: Warranty does not cover damage from improper storage, weather exposure, or normal wear and tear.
CRITICAL: Hydraulic Fluid Requirements
DO NOT use any hydraulic fluid other than ENERPAC brand fluid in the hydraulic pump.
Using non-ENERPAC hydraulic fluid will void the warranty on both the pump and hydraulic cylinder. Only ENERPAC brand hydraulic fluid is approved for use with this equipment.
Storage Requirements
Important: Store your StoneX Splitter and stands indoors. Never leave equipment outside overnight. Weather damage is not covered under warranty.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact us via email or phone with your order number and description of the issue
- Provide photos or video showing the defect or malfunction
- Proof of purchase required (order confirmation or receipt)
- Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days
Warranty Remedies
All sales are final. If your warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the defective product
- Replace the defective product or component
No refunds will be issued. Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement only.
Return Shipping
For approved warranty claims, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for claims that are not approved under warranty.
