Do I need special training to use the StoneX Splitter?
No special training required. The StoneX Splitter is designed for intuitive use by professional masons and contractors. Basic setup takes just a few minutes.

Component Lifespan & Warranty:
- Splitter Frame: No failures or replacements to date
- Enerpac Pump: Long lasting, if something is defective it typically happens early on and can be covered under the 1 year warranty
- Enerpac Cylinder: 1–3+ years with proper care (wipe the top clean and keep dust-free to extend life)
- Carbide Teeth: Years of use—double-sided and can be resharpened
- Metal Spring: 6–12 months; inexpensive to replace

Do the products come with a warranty?
Yes, the StoneX Splitter, Enerpac Electric Hydraulic Pump, Enerpac Cylinder and Carbide teeth have a 1 Year warranty for manufacture defects. Please see entire Warranty Policy for more details.
How fast is shipping and delivery?
Orders ship within 1-2 days and take 1-5 days in the lower 48.
Do you offer wholesale?
We offer wholesale on 5 or more units. Our wholesale cut isn't what it used to be, due to rising costs of material.
